Rewarding Australia's elite online and interactive advertising and marketing campaigns

The 2008 IAB Australia Interactive Advertising Awards has been established to identify Australia’s elite online and interactive advertising and marketing campaigns, rewarding creativity, ingenuity and effectiveness. Combining the best aspects of the previously held Internet Awards with the experience and gravitas of the IAB Awards from around the world, the 2008 IAB Australia Interactive Advertising Awards will clearly define the Australian interactive and online advertising market.

The 2008 IAB Australia Interactive Advertising Awards will be judged by an independent panel of highly acclaimed brand marketers and interactive and advertising marketing experts, with strategic guidance from the IAB Awards Advisory Board.

From 14th January 2008, campaigns can be entered in one of five vertical categories in either the creative or media stream, or in the inaugural Search category. An award will also be presented for Best of Show, honouring the most outstanding creative and media campaign; as well as a Peoples Choice award which will be voted for on the night. The Best of Show winner will gain entry into the IAB US’s MIXX Awards in 2008.

Winners will be honoured at a sit down gala dinner in Sydney on Thursday 1st May 2008 at Star City starting at 6:30pm.
